These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Tringbox Song Request App, website, QR based song request system, payment flow, and related services operated by One Love Technologies Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as Tringbox, we, us, or our.
By accessing or using the Tringbox Song Request App, scanning a Tringbox QR code, submitting a song request, making a payment, or interacting with any Tringbox service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Tringbox Song Request App
Tringbox Song Request App allows users at partner venues such as restaurants, bars, lounges, cafes, clubs, retail stores, salons, events, and other public or private locations to request songs through a QR based digital experience.
Users can browse or search songs, submit song requests, and where applicable, make payments for song requests. The final approval, rejection, sequencing, and playback of any song request may depend on venue policies, ambience requirements, licensing rules, DJ discretion, artist discretion, moderation rules, and Tringbox platform controls.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Tringbox Song Request App only for lawful and genuine song request purposes.
You must not use the service to submit offensive, abusive, threatening, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
You must not attempt to manipulate the request queue, misuse payment flows, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer the system, bypass restrictions, or submit requests that violate venue rules or applicable laws.
3. Song Request Approval
Submitting a song request does not guarantee that the song will be played.
A song request may be accepted, rejected, skipped, delayed, paused, or modified based on:
- Venue ambience and music policy
- DJ, performer, or venue manager discretion
- Crowd suitability
- Time of day and event type
- Licensing and catalogue availability
- Platform moderation rules
- Technical or operational limitations
- Any legal, safety, or compliance concern
Tringbox reserves the right to restrict, reject, or remove any song request at its sole discretion.
4. Paid Song Requests
Some venues may allow users to make paid song requests.
The amount payable for a song request will be shown before payment. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you understand the nature of the request and agree to pay the displayed amount.
Payment does not guarantee instant playback. The song may be placed in a queue and may be played subject to approval, timing, venue suitability, and operational discretion.
5. Payment Gateway
Payments may be processed through third party payment gateway providers. Tringbox does not store your complete card, UPI, net banking, or wallet credentials.
Payment processing is subject to the terms, policies, and technical availability of the respective payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet provider, or financial institution.
In case of failed payments, pending payments, duplicate deductions, or payment confirmation delays, the status will depend on confirmation received from the payment gateway or banking partner.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once a paid song request is successfully submitted and received by the Tringbox system, the amount paid is generally non refundable, even if the song is not played immediately, is delayed, is rejected due to ambience or compliance reasons, or cannot be played due to DJ, venue, or operational discretion.
However, Tringbox may review refund requests in the following limited cases:
- Payment was deducted but the song request was not received by the Tringbox system
- Duplicate payment was charged for the same request due to a technical error
- The venue or Tringbox system was unavailable at the time of confirmed payment
- Any other case where Tringbox decides, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
Payment gateway charges, bank charges, convenience fees, taxes, or other deductions may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or decided by Tringbox.
7. No Cancellation After Submission
Once a song request is submitted, the user cannot cancel the request as the request may already be visible to the venue, DJ, performer, or Tringbox system.
Tringbox may still cancel or reject a request if it violates these Terms, venue policy, licensing restrictions, or platform moderation rules.
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the song request you submit is appropriate for the venue and occasion.
You must not submit songs or messages intended to disturb the venue, insult any person, create discomfort, violate public decency, or cause operational disruption.
Tringbox reserves the right to block users, devices, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or request activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or harmful.
9. Venue and DJ Discretion
Partner venues, DJs, singers, performers, event organizers, or venue managers may have full discretion over what gets played at their venue.
Tringbox provides the technology layer for song requests and music interaction. Final playback decisions may remain with the venue, DJ, performer, or authorized operator.
10. Music Rights and Compliance
Tringbox may use licensed music, royalty free music, AI generated music, venue approved music, or other legally permitted catalogues depending on the venue category, licensing arrangement, and platform configuration.
Users do not receive any ownership, license, download right, reproduction right, distribution right, or commercial right over any song, audio file, artist content, lyrics, metadata, or music catalogue by using the Tringbox Song Request App.
The service is only for in venue song request interaction and does not grant users any commercial rights over music content.
11. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Tringbox Song Request App may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on the venue, product, payment flow, and invoice structure.
Tringbox reserves the right to change song request pricing, minimum request amount, priority request amount, convenience charges, platform fees, or promotional offers at any time.
12. Offers and Promotions
Tringbox or partner venues may run offers, discounts, free request campaigns, rewards, credits, or promotional activities.
Such offers may be changed, withdrawn, paused, restricted, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated.
13. Technical Issues
Tringbox will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available. However, the service may be affected by internet issues, device issues, venue sound system issues, power failure, QR code issues, payment gateway downtime, server downtime, third party failures, or other technical limitations.
Tringbox shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, disappointment, delay, or claim arising from temporary service interruptions or technical issues.
14. Account, Mobile Number, and Communication
Some features may require a mobile number, OTP verification, name, social profile, or other basic details.
By using the service, you consent to receive service related communications such as OTPs, payment confirmations, request status updates, support responses, and important service notifications.
Marketing communication, if any, will be handled as per applicable law and Tringbox’s Privacy Policy.
15. Privacy
Your personal information will be collected, used, stored, and processed as per the Tringbox Privacy Policy.

16. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Submit illegal, offensive, abusive, hateful, obscene, or harmful content
- Use fake identities or misleading details
- Make fraudulent payments or chargeback misuse
- Attempt to hack, overload, scrape, copy, or damage the platform
- Misuse QR codes or venue access links
- Violate music rights, venue rules, or applicable laws
- Harass DJs, performers, venue staff, Tringbox staff, or other users
Violation of these Terms may lead to rejection of requests, blocking of access, cancellation of service, reporting to authorities, or other legal action.
17. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Tringbox name, logo, platform, software, design, user experience, database, recommendation engine, AI logic, QR based request system, analytics, content structure, and technology belong to One Love Technologies Private Limited or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Tringbox platform without written permission.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tringbox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or emotional damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Tringbox’s maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific song request that gave rise to the claim.
19. Third Party Services
The Tringbox Song Request App may rely on third party services such as payment gateways, banks, cloud providers, analytics tools, SMS providers, WhatsApp providers, music databases, or venue systems.
Tringbox is not responsible for failures, delays, errors, charges, or actions of third party service providers.
20. Changes to Terms
Tringbox may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms may be published on the website, app, QR page, or any other official Tringbox channel.
Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, any disputes shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
